Crab and lobster meat (especially the tail) is actually a bit sweet tasting (very mildly so) and the lemon/vinegar combines with it very well to enhance the flavor.

      9/25/2014 · Whatever the reason, I LOVE lemon on fish. It doesn't cover the taste - it enhances it. Why not pick on the tartar sauce that is served with it? I don't care for that on my fish, but I don't mind that they bring it to the table. Come to think of it, why criticize any of the garnishments that come on the plate.
